Her interest in the applied arts awakened during her university years and she took classes in batik and glassmaking. After receiving her degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of Florence, in 1999, she continued fostering her passion for art. In 2001, her father Paolo, a refined and skilled sculptur, introducedher to his world by having her assist him in his workshop: the actraction for ceramics was immediate and she soon devoted herself to the art of her choice. She began creating unique pieces, in usual shapes with original decorations that are powerful, magnetic and throbbing with life notwithstanding their small sizes. Hers is an enchanted, and pure world that she reveals through poetic and charming works of artand her works retain the freshness and purity of childhood.The frequent recourse to the use of colors in the reduction allows get changing colors and soft, which characterize the recurring themes of her figurative alphabet.
