He started his exhibition activity in 1986 obtaining the prize of the Raphael Academy of Urbino with Diploma of Student Engraver as first classified for the xylographic engraving.        Among the exhibitions of the year 2008 the participation in the third International Biennial of Art in Beijing and the collective exhibition at the San Francesco Gallery of the Republic of San Marino.

It takes courage, in this uncertain millennium dawn, to speak about soul and draw clear and defined human faces.
Cristian Ceccaroni has deepened the visual investigation of the unknowable and
the mystery by carrying out a different research from that of the other artists immersed in the informal and uncertainty of limited time and ephemeral matter.
Women with refined and reserved beauty are the protagonists of his panels, models similar to the thousand faces of glossy magazines, too good to be real.
The faces show a contemporary classicism and they are there to remind us that supreme beauty is possible even on earth,
because we can obtain it or construct it artificially,  sometimes with the sacrifice of a soul.
The perfection of the external appearance of this series of splendid women makes an initial investigation of their interior difficult.
Small signs of lost innocence emerge in some of them as consequences of experiences lived to reach that more than human beauty.
Ceccaroni's works want to remind us that you can see in a face that "spark" of the eternal which constitutes the deepest essence of a person.
The women's faces are different in shape and features, but similar in their pale and
idealized aspects and they are also concealed by the network of arabesques, a distinctive feature of the author.
The decoration is certainly a tribute to the ancient research of elegant shapes inspired by nature,
but it is also a mask that hides our need of a more comprehensive response than the ephemeral beauty of a body.
The contrast between light and shadow seems to indicate the disproportion between man's desire for happiness and his impossibility to reach it with his own strength.
The few traces of color seem to suggest the attempts to not to disperse that spark that despite everything vibrates behind and inside those beautiful creatures.
To be able not to lose the path of research it is necessary the gold of light, sometimes only hinted at or more intense to suggest a regal vision.
The surface of the boards under the quartz powder coat tends to a vertical pattern that extends the search for material reality upwards.
The sfumato seems to underline how easy it could be for the human being to lose his original unity.
As is recurring that the form separates itself from its meaning, the fundamental question of the life of each of us is a continuous tension between earth and heaven, matter and soul.
As long as there are artists who are able to express clearly  the problem of man's destiny, it will be easier for each of us to follow that spark of light that shows us the way in which we do not get lost.
